Is the energy score really free?
Yes. You can get your full score and recommendations instantly with no account, no card, and no follow-up sales emails. The /score tool is completely open.
What about the dashboard and full reports?
The Homeowner tier provides personal dashboard and full reports. Core access is free; we may introduce optional paid add-ons later for heavy users.
What is VPP?
Virtual Power Plant. It allows homes with batteries, EVs or smart heat pumps to participate in grid services and potentially earn money or credits by providing flexibility.
Do I need an account to use the site?
No for the basic score. Creating an account (free) unlocks your personal history, dashboard, and saved reports.
